My sentiments exactly. I've been an educator and trainer all of my life, and have (occasionally) written academic curriculum. While we all have different learning styles, and the various approaches (slick graphics, etc.) can engage the attention of some, there must be sound facts supported by solid evidence and examples to show the context.
