I ask because I know where there is a few canons with faulty circuit boards for cheap. As I am an elec tech (amongst other things) I could have a go at fixing one at the same time do a IR filter job with some of the articals that are on IIS.
I have not imaged for about 15 years, where I built my own CMOS camera.
