Congrats Mike.
It's a fantastic camera.
I'd be checking the sensor of each before choosing which one to mod.
A quick 1 or 2 minute guided exposure from each, at prime focus, and any imperfections will become apparent.
My 20d gives my stars coma on the upper left hand side of each photo, but I can crop them out.
Something like that isn't so important for terrestrial work, but a pain for the night time stuff.
