I wish I could include myself in the category of "running a scientific astronomy program" but I fear my level of "program" is far too sporadic and low-key to count. Occasional involvement in occultations and comet survey, with a desire to be involved in much more especially along the lines of various surveys. I'm surprised you haven't had more replies.
