I use Pixinsight so can't help with Nebulosity.
Also your image is too small to see much & what I can see has a lot of noise and little detail.
Have a look at what others have done to use as a reference.
When uploading to IIS, I let the server downsize the image, it will accept up to about 1.2Mbyte.
Basic steps after calibrating aligning and integration are :
Background extraction
De Noise
De Convolution
Stretching (developing)
Non linear stage:
