Upgraded the Paramount ME to the MKS5000 and now have a box containing the Paramount ME joystick, Versaplate bulkhead, cable innards and MKS3200 motherboard excess to my needs (pending a blown board, but I'll take the risk).

The joystick and MKS3200 both work (worked) great, I just felt like modernising the mount. It's got a DB9 serial port, which can interface to any RS232 to USB converter and works fine with Windows, Mac and Linux.

The bulk head is the older SB type with DB25s, DB9s and all the other fun stuff required to operate the older pro astro gear that pops up from time to time.

Suits someone with a PME using the older 3000/4000 series boards that needs a spare in case the worst happens - the upgrade/repair kit will set you back $2500 or so shipped.
