Thanks, Steve I was more interested in the lens plate underneath the mounting plate if it the same dimension. i.e. the legs spread is the same for both.
But I just thought that if the legs start at a radius of the mounting plate (50mm for the EQ5 and 69mm for the EQ6) then they are more than likely different spread down at the lens holder as well.
