Hi guys,
sorry for the late thank you for your inputs, but have been negotiating to buy the property at Batesford (successfully). I will have good views to the south, north and east. West is blocked because the property is on the side of a hill and a line of native trees further blocks things. the night sky is soooooo much better than where I am now. The other bonus is that I now have a 17m x 7m workshop as well....
