Hi Sorry on a late reply on this.
I have the s5500. The new s5600 is out now.
As it's my first digital camera I could not be happier. It does everything I wanted a camera to do. I have taken over 1500 shots with it trashed most
I'm no camera buff like some here, but they helped me get this one and I love it.
