2 or 3 star alignments are you best option for your set up but for anything that you want to get a long exposure without feild rotation you will need to get a wedge and auto guider.....I have a CPC aswell and it is a worthwhile investment (The wedge) if you want to image. I just got mine...now saving for the auto guider.......where in melbourne are you?? What size CPC have you got? I dont know of many people close by that have the CPC set up.......
