Blue Horsehead and Rho Ophiuchi first light

Hi all

I recently purchased an Astromechanics adapter to use my Canon lenses on the ASI2600MC. This adapter allows full aperture and auto-focus control... though I have no idea how to use it I couldn't connect it during this session due to a lack of USB ports (couldn't find the COM port number on my hub) so just shot at (I think) f/4 which is the setting I had previously when playing with the lens at home.

I got this combo to do the big targets like Rho and Vela, so I was thrilled to be able to shoot this on the weekend in the mountains in absolutely freezing weather. A lot went wrong and I only got half the night's worth of data due to errors, but I'm happy for a first light image.

Definitely going to be shooting this area over the next few years to get more data in
