I refused to load a QR application on to my mobile phone.
Instead I started giving out my name and phone number on lists at restaurants and food courts -
guess what?
I started getting junk mail SMS messages sent to my mobile phone!
I can only assume that the operators of food courts and restaurants
were selling my name and info off to advertisers and spammers.
They will do anything to make an extra 50 cents.
The whole thing is so corrupt that now I still don't have a QR code app and
I don't leave my name at all -
I don't trust them with my personal information.
