ICX098BL Chip

Been looking for the last few weeks on the internet as to where to source the ICX08BL chip for the toucam modification. Has anyone got contacts within Oz to source this CCD, as most overseas companies will only deal with minimum order of $500 us..etc
Any advice appreciated.
