Canon Cameras

Hi i would like to know i am about to purchase a DSLR camera my first to get started as a imager for astronomy, and i would like to know which one would be better. I know the 40D is one of the best but i dont have the money to purchase that.
I am looking between a 350D or 400D, or a 30D.

Which one of these would suit this for astronomy as a first camera to practice with as a amateur that i am.

I have a william optic telescope on a EQ6 Pro mount and also a 10" Newtonian and a DSI which i might use as a guide camera.

Just need some advise on the camera.

thanks

claude
