Who let the cat out. Yeah... Right. Well if that's all you can do its not really funny.

As one who watched the first landing live - and Armstrong's first steps - it's still offensive. The world was a very different place - no conspiracy theorists, for starters.

In some ways I hold StarWars and all that followed fro Hollywood (Hollowood IMHO) as largely responsible for destroying the reality of this achievement. Gen X/Y/Z think it is easy, that it is trivial, and have no idea of the magnitude of NASA's achievement in that era. To have watched it live is still a rare privilege and anyone poking fun at it is merely displaying grotesque ignorance and disrespect.
