LOL. Nice one Robin. I was surprised at the bright star striping, poor flat fielding, and general noise for something shot from 10 Chain. Not a lot of data I guess. Its a miracle - no reflection any more. I like what you've done with the black point too. I was trying to be honest with the data, but like your rendering more. What rates do you charge for processing!?

Thanks Geoff - that was almost my ultimate failure in the field - was very close to just driving home at 10pm as I recall. That's about 3 times you've saved me now if you include adaptors at AF and covering my gear in the storm

Thanks Marc. Aweful lot of apologetic language in there reading my post again this morning, but even average pics of interest to others sometimes. I was staying up late SO looking forward to clouds clearing last night, but this had to be my astro-fix in the end.....
