That camera works a treat on this galaxy, tried several times with the dslr and achieved nothing like this.

Hi Justin - thanks. the camera is certainly delivering the goods - the whole system seems to be working as designed, which is pleasing. However, the star sizes at this resolution are strongly influenced by seeing and it would be nice to try this with longer exposures in nice air to see if it will produce a "tidier" image. And I still have a huge amount to learn about colour
