You don't have to spend a fortune on a good focuser , I spent $99 at Andrews for this LP focuser , its the same as many higher end scopes made by LP , they make many of todays scopes .
Great value , not FT quality but at 1/8th the price who cares .
Here is mine on my home built Istar 127mm
Its a nice focuser .
