There's some really good data in there. There's two algorithms in pixinsight you might want to try, one is the local contrast equalization, or alternatively the HDR wavelet routine. In the scripts section there's also a dark structure enhance algorithm that can be effective too.
Just start with the default parameters, and experiment with the various knobs one at a time!
