The oblateness should be exactly the same in each image - Jupiter is bigger in the middle due to its speed of rotation, so it will appear a little bulged.

I hate dust motes, they're spreading on my ToUcam now and I had so many in one of the avi's I just processed, after stacking it even came out as a new "feature" on Jupiter up in the south pole area
