You can cut your own from PVC pipe, in any width required. if you don't have the tools to do a uniform cut, a local machine shop could do it for you in a few minutes.
If the I.D. of the pipe matches the O.D. of the eyepiece barrel, you may need to secure the ring. I've found a non-permanent way of doing so is a tiny drop of rubber cement on the barrel when you slide the ring on. Later, the cement can be removed with a finger if the eyepiece is sold.
Unlike commercial rings, you can make them of any size needed, too, which eliminates the possibility of slippage or of a setscrew marring the barrel of the eyepiece.
