Barnard Dark Nebula [B50]

Here's another one from that week-end. B50, one of barnard dark nebulae in Scorpius. Only got an hour of this. Clouds rolled in Saturday night around 12:00am so went to bed and it cleared obviously shortly after.

Still some pretty cool colours. There's a big one here (HD).
Funny story actually. I intended imaging IC4628 and them bumped my head in the DEC dovetail in the dark so moved a couple of degrees smack bang framed B50. Of course I had to platesolve to see where I was but hey... Voila! B50 for you.

You can see it here in a wider context at 2 o'clock. That's what I call bump imaging. And that's the only shot from the week-end where I have no noticeable tilt in the field. Should head butt the G11 more often.
