Thanks! Yeh I had to fight clouds for about 40% of the time, some of my avi's are wasted thanks to changing brightness throughout.
But I got about 15 usable avi's, all of similar quality - so hopefully i'll get another chance to do a nice animated gif.
Got a few avi's of venus too, first time for 2006.
