I have the original nosepiece if you wanted to go back to that, but it has been replaced with a shutter and housing that has a standard SCT thread on it.
It is fully setup for water cooling, and has the pipe attachments on the back, so yes just need to add a pump etc. There is hardly a need though, the air cooling is better than any of the astro cameras out there. These were over 20 grand when new, so the build quality is exquisite.
