A few ways but the one to try first is to Select Colour Range on the green stuff then colour balance using that selection as a mask. Remember to feather the mask a bit. Remove green from the midtones and shadows and maybe a bit of red from the shadows to taste. Everything else had a slight green cast too so maybe apply the same mask inverted to another colour balance layer and apply similar but more subtle adjustments. By way of very rough demo see below.
