Squeaky Sky-Watcher GOTO Dob
Hi all, my 10" dob makes very loud squeaky sounds when moved around manually. In GOTO mode its fine. In the dead of night it is very loud when I move it around by hand. Really want to do something about it but because its a GOTO im a bit worried about loosening/tightening things up myself.
I know WD40 would stop the squeaky noise but would probably then ruin the GOTO gears!!
Any suggestions on how to fix this? Its not even a year old.
