Thanks Paul. I wish I had a nice spot that close. It's pretty much 3 hours from Perth to get to a south looking coastal spot free of light pollution.

Thanks Andrew. I saw your shot. Did you take any between 7.10 and 7.40? That's around the time my camera saw red patches higher up. I think you would have needed a zero degree horizon to see the yellow/green patch.
