Perhaps whoever it was has been bitten badly by some other unsavoury character Flash? No excuse to behave so brazenly though.
We're lucky so many people in this online community are so honest and helpful. I've only ever had the odd annoyance with people leaving out bits of pieces and ignoring you later which is a bit hurtful. Many others have bent over backwards to be helpful above and beyond expectation.
