The ' tone ' of the message sent to me, indicated very clearly that you WILL FORFEIT your money if you do not go ahead with the Sale.....something that WAS NOT addressed to me, PRIOR to my making the deposit.

In other words...in no uncertain terms..........I'M TAKING YOUR MONEY REGARDLESS.

How do you deal with an individual AFTER they say that..... ...remember...they now have your deposit....they are pretty much in control of things now....
It's silly for the person to conduct business that way.....he obviously has no trust ...HOW do I know if he was going to send me the goods once I had paid in full......I HAVE TO TRUST HIM ...don't I.

I will never deal with that person again.....they have bought this on themselves.............how stupid can you be.

Negotiate a ' settlement ' if I was to ' back out ' ...as I said ...give up $50.00 for the inconvenience .....BUT....SORRY ..YOU LOSE ALL OF THE $200.00.

No other conditions were offered..... ...and no negotiation either.....and remember this was AFTER I had deposited the money.

and as far as going public......no names are mentioned....its purely a ' be careful ' thread for other members....
