The next time that I have the rig set up I will take a photo and post it but for now I will describe it here. When I am imaging widelfield I piggyback the DSLR on top of the Orion 80mm guide scope which then mounts on to the EQ5. For stability I have a short bar on top of the tube rings which joins the two together. I have a ball mount on top of one tube rings onto which I then mount the camera. The benefit of the ball mount is that it makes it much easier to compose the image in the frame.
I copied the idea from an article that I saw by Jerry Lodgriguss on using Canon EOS cameras for astrophotography (see link below). If you scroll through the images on the article you will find a photo of Jerry's set up which is similar. The difference is that I am using an EQ5, the scope is the Orion 80mm guidescope and I have also installed an additional bar on top of the tube rings to join them together for additional stability.
