Sigh... can't make it on Saturday due to other commitments.
Also the weather forecast looks doubtful at this stage.
I have Sunday night free if anyone is inclined to try and the weather obliges, either Hargraves, Mt Blackheath or possibly table rock at Kings Tableland (just before Wentworth Falls). My preference is Mt Blackheath as there's a fireplace and plenty of fuel lying around.
And yes as Alex indicated, go easy driving on Shipley Plateau, there are plenty of big roos, wombats as well as kids on horses, as well as 4WD's towing horse floats on the narrow road.
