Hi Chris, looks the goods, I found a quicker way to lose weight, a bit radical though. Have radiation in the mouth, you lose your taste and saliva glands, cuts back on food cravings I can tell you. Food is no longer interesting especially with no taste at all and no saliva to wash it down, there is always the constant fear of choking so one opts for sloppy stuff or none at all. Must admit, I lost 30kg on this radical approach though. Not really recommended, much prefer the ability to swallow and taste.
