Looks quite good overall. Its tilt as you say.
I have used spark plug gap adapters to pack out tilt with a focal reducer successfully in the past. Its trial and error. Use focus mode in CCDSoft taking continual focus images and try shimming different spots until you get it sorted. It might only take 10 minutes.
What you'll find is its a pretty thin shim required. You are highly magnified there. My CDK17 and Proline 16803 makes an M83 image much smaller than that.
