Thanks guys.

These were mostly morning shots, but not terribly early - we didn't start walking till about 10am. The Grand Bazaar was closed (because it was Sunday?) so nothing from there. We did walk through smaller bazaars and markets which were quite crowded, but its difficult to get good shots when its very crowded. Most opportunities occurred in the gaps in the ebb and flow of people.

I'm not one for crowds but I didn't find the crowds in Istanbul to be a problem. They don't rush so they don't need to stop abruptly to think of what they are doing, they respect personal space... it all just seemed to flow.
