Thanks for the nice comments I appreciate them.

I was quite surprised at the positional differences of Iapetus and Phoebe as plotted by various astronomy applications, so I decided to put Saturn in the centre to hedge my bets when shooting for the more distant Phoebe.

Just to provide a sense of scale, here are a couple of additional images:
  • Full Moon taken with the 5D Mk III showing a “tile” insert of a magnified region.
  • The magnified region of the Moon taken with the ASI120MM with Saturn superimposed at the same scale.
