This coming Monday is the peak of a close flyby of asteroid 2000 PN9.

This 2km wide hunk of rock will appear as a Mag 12 object as it sails past just 2 Million miles away from the earth.
Not spectacular, but interesting to watch moving accross the background stars in this close encounter.
