If you go to
www.snapfiles.com there is a 'FREE' tab to a whole slew of programs some of which may be what you are looking for. I've used the site for years to find stuff so it's safe and the software there is legal as free or shareware with user reviews and warnings if any have any hidden traps ( normally just toolbar installers ).
