Absolutely. Never had a pop-up in years.
Ron MUST have accidentally installed it - likely with one of the programmes with the sneaky "auto installs" (ALWAYS go the Custom install!!!) or with a deceiving radio button that makes it SEEM like the entire thing won't be installed UNLESS you install the crap.
