TNR likewise won't touch any Takahashi gear outside the US and they don't really answer any enquiries from outside the US, I have tried on other issues in the past.
As for selling the mount, that is an alternative but is there still a market for Non-GoTo mounts. I did see another IIS member try and sell a EM200 USDII but it didn't move.
