My first post of a shot I took last night before the clouds chased me away.
Some work to be done on it, focus is not spot-on (need a mask for that) and I don't entirely understand post stacked processing yet so this could be a lot better because when I fiddled in MaximDL last night with filters and processing I got so many variants I picked the first group and went to bed
Equipment:
- William Optics GT-81 triplet (Fsomething because I used a focal reducer and forget now what that takes it down to) on Paramount MX mount
- OSSAG
- QHY8
- 10 minute guided stub and 3 * 5 minute un-guided, no dark frames or flats applied.
- Average stack in MaximDL
- Processed on an iPad (!) using Photoshop CS.
