you may well be right. I decided to give them the benefit of ONE phone calls worth of time to try and get it resolved.
The 131999 number does go thru to FT, but then you get old Mr Robot who only understands nice things like "sell me more" "upgrade my package" and such like. He comes a bit unstuck with things like "complaint about billing" and "WTF blah blah blah" etc.
So my muse is spent, and I won't try again. Maybe they'll return to uninstall my mystery setup if I continue not to pay for what I don't have - lol.
