Wow! Maaaaaaan what is it with everyone throwing out their scopes in Canberra. Didn't Baz score one this week too
Errrrr keep an eye out for a trusty little G-Star for me would you please. Actually a Vixen Polarie thingy might be niiiice too.

Congratulations on a good score H. I have a 4" and I love it. In fact it seems to get more use these days over my 10". Great for spotting a quick gap in the sky & doing a quick session. I've even turned into a permanent solar scope (well not me, hubby lol) using the dust cap which has been adapted. And when I want to observe at night, I just remove he cap as you do to use the scope.
