Hi Lewis,
I'm a CCD convert as well, and although there are several amazing dslr images and imagers, in my opinion, the 16 bit range and cooling with a CCD yields much better results, and the linear image of a CCD allows so many variations with processing.
Can you post the same frame without sharpening and possibly a larger version?
would love to see the native output with just stretching.
