I got the position of Bethgea from Cartes du Ciel - with updated data of asteroids.
It gave the position as
RA 16h 25m 09s
Dec -23 27' 00"
about 20' from Rho

at 4:00 am 13/3/13

Augusta
RA 16h 25m 08
Dec -22 45' 17"
about 50' from Rho
