1st Eta Carinae & Horsehead on Modded 300D

Hi All,

I finally got a chance to try out the modded 300D last night. Certainly the exposure time was lot shorter on the Horsehead then last time and I did get more of the redness.

Also gave Eta Carinae a go. Jupiter was imaged before the nebulas since saw the GRS through the eyepiece so had to try to capture it.

Polar Alignment was still either out or the Nexguide was not doing its job, or both, but this time the subs were not drifting down the frame so I think I was closer to the SCP then before.

Here are the results.

All frames were 150sec subs. The Horsehead had 22 that were acceptable and on the Eta Carina I used 10 of the least oval star subs.
