ISSAC-2013 Early Bird Discount ?
Went on line to book my ticket for the early bird discount having been well aware of the date of March 10th seen repeatedly and interpreted as the as the cut-off date ,only to find that this was actually the date at which the the discount has already expired.
Are you serious ?
That is not how cut-off dates are advertised.....
