I'm one happy camper!
I managed to achieve all the goals I set myself with comet Lemmon.
These include conjunction with the SMC.
Two tail disconnections.
Lemmon and panstarrs in the same shot.
Conjunction with NGC55.
Plus the amazing tail changes.
This was certainly a once in a life time opportunity, and I was very lucky that the skies allowed me to do this.
The image of Lemmon and NGC 55, was taken with the canon 1100D 75 to 300 zoom at 250mm f/5.6 iso 800 and 3200 4 minute subs a total of 16 minutes.
Also an image from March 8 taken with the 8" astrograph, guided on comet with PHD, iso 800 2 x 8 minute subs.
