Comet Pan-STARRS 7:10pm 4th March Brisbane

The clouds did relent this evening for a view of Pan-STARRS from Brisbane. It was low in the SW sky but I could not see it with the naked eye. Binoculars showed it as a delicate, small fan of light with a tiny stellar nucleus - photos don't convey the sight. Unfortunately Brisbane's latitude means we can't see it in a darker sky.

This is about 30 15sec exposures taken at 200mm with a Canon EOS 600D, 100% crop. The comet's movement is evident, moving up and to the right.
