It is also out of focus - see the moons, they are not dot-like.
This is probably because autofocus of the camera is not active.. or it can not reach focus because of eyepiece not correctly focused.
Try first with your eye (make sure it is relaxed as you are looking at very far away) .. then the camera should be able to autofocus on Jupiter.

If this is how you obtained the above image, then try to disable autofocus on the camera, and use live view (with magnification) to focus with eyepiece focuser.
