Certainly looks a bit over-exposed to me. The fact that it seems you've captured some moons in the same shot would tend suggest the same thing.
What equipment are you using for your shots? A bit more information might help with diagnosis. I'm still very much a beginner myself but there are a lot of experienced people on here who could probably comment if you provide a bit more detail.
